SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
All orders are shipped from www.RNStars.com via one of our courier services companies to anywhere in Egypt
After you place an order, you will receive a call from us in 24 hours confirming that we have received your order and are processing it.
Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to courier shipping practices, delivery location, the method of delivery and the number of items ordered, and in addition, your order may be delivered in separate shipments. Usually the orders take 3-7 business days to arrive at your door steps.
Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order.

RETURNS
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Products are returned in the original packaging
- The product shows no sign of usage (*),
- The stamped invoice is attached,
(*) Condition doesn’t apply for faulty (defective) products * Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds
Please note that if the product returned does not match the conditions above, it will be rejected and will be shipped back to you.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please call our Customer Service to proceed with the return process (conditions above apply). In any case, the return request must be executed within 14 days after delivery. Some products have an extended return/exchange policy that can go up to 30 days.
